Sense runs Kleenex activity days

Experiential agency Sense Marketing is running a series of activity days in supermarkets to promote the Kleenex Balsam range of tissues.

Until 3 December Sense will be touring selected Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury and Tesco stores for 150 live events.

Shoppers will be encouraged to walk through inflatable Kleenex Balsam tunnel, which features soothing and homely background sounds, sofas, a play area for children, and specially recorded impressions of the most soothing celebrity voices by Ronni Ancona. 

Five brand ambassadors will be on hand to engage families and offer customers a little comfort, while educating them about the tissue products. The team will be giving out tissue samples and offering consumers the chance to win £50 of shopping vouchers in return for sharing their best comforting tips.

Sense Group account director Sally O’Brien said: "Kleenex Balsam will be synonymous with soothing comfort during the winter cold and flu season, and we’re looking forward to offering consumers a little motherly comfort over the coming weeks as we head into winter."

Following a break in December, the activity will recommence for two final weeks between 6-19 January 2012.
