Searcys 1847 is famous for its Champagne Bar at St Pancras - now selling over 4000 glasses a week and also 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin) winning Prestige Events' ‘Coolest Venue' Award. The firm also recently catered for the Queen's 80th birthday at Mansion House.

2008 has brought Searcys' customers the launch of St Pancras Grand, as well as the refurbishment of the restaurant at the Barbican.

‘Searcys aims to offer consumers iconic experiences... certainly, we needed to create a brand representation that went beyond the outstanding qualities that Searcys has always offered, a brand that has the gravitas to reach all our consumers', said Searcys CEO Duncan Ackery.
