Mercedes Benz World is currently in negotiations with a new caterer which will be announced soon.
"We have enjoyed building the business with Mercedes Benz World, but have to take a prudent approach to our planning in the current climate," said Searcys 1847 chief executive Duncan Ackery.
"As such, we have chosen not to progress the existing partnership with Mercedes Benz World."
