Sea Life London Aquarium to host pop-up art gallery

The Sea Life London Aquarium will host a pop-art gallery exhibiting the work of Roy Peterson in support of the charity Stonewall.

The pop-up gallery will take place at the venue on Tuesday 15 May from 6.30pm - 8.30pm.

Guests will walk through the Shark Walk and into the Pacific Wreck for reception drinks before being led to the Atlantic Cove to view Peterson’s latest works, which will be displayed on easels. 

The pop-up exhibition will also provide canapés from Dish, which will be served on platters wrapped in copies of Peterson’s paintings, including seared tuna with aubergine salsa and spring onion and chilli mix, beef Wellington with béarnaise sauce and asparagus with hollandaise sauce

There will also be a selection of bowl food including Thai chicken curry, squash and pumpkin seed salad with caramelised red onion and dolcelata and mini salad of smoked salmon and prawns will be served later in the evening with chocolate brownies to finish.
