Nearly 250 guests voted for their ideal theme, food and entertainment . The results show the three most popular food stations are tortilla, tapas and pad Thai.
Rio Samba dancers won the votes for the stage show, while a young Dixie Jazz trio will perform reception entertainment.
Payne and Gunter will be catering at the event, Prelude Entertainment will provide the acts and Grey Hare will bring the carnival atmosphere to life.
