The assignment - at The Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales - will mark the fifth successive occasion that De Boer has acted as supplier to Europe's hosting of the biennial competition, which pitches the continent's greatest golfers against their counterparts from the United States.
With hosting of the Cup alternating between American and European courses, the pressure will be on the home side - captained by Scotsman Colin Montgomerie - to avenge the US team's victory in Kentucky in 2008.
Brackley-based De Boer, which is a regular supplier to high-profile sporting fixtures around the world, will provide the 2010 competition with accommodation across a specially created Ryder Cup Tented Village. Structures such as the highly versatile and Double-Decker Delta will host facilities that include public catering areas, Ryder Cup Bar, Champagne and Seafood Bar, merchandising outlets, exhibition space and information centre.
De Boer's distinctive, glue-laminated, wood-framed structure, which was a firm favourite at the 2006 Ryder Cup, will be back in 2010, offering commanding views across the first fairway as it serves as the Ryder Cup Travel Services International Pavilion.
De Boer has previously provided structures to the Ryder Cup at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield in 1993 and 2002, Valderrama in Spain in 1997 and The K Club in Ireland in 2006.
John Cochrane, De Boer's Sales Director - Events, said: "The Ryder Cup remains one of the iconic fixtures of the sporting calendar, attracting huge interest not just from Europe and the US but from across the globe. Let's hope we have better weather in Wales than we had in Ireland four years ago!"
"De Boer has established an excellent working relationship with the cup's organisers and we feel honoured to have been appointed yet again as official structure supplier. The last three occasions we have provided accommodation have coincided with victory for the Europeans so we hope the happy tradition continues!"
The 2010 Ryder Cup will take place across three days, from October 1-3, with Europe's 12 top golfers battling against their US counterparts.
The competition is one of many major golfing tournaments to be supplied by De Boer. The structure specialist has previously provided temporary accommodation to events including the Volvo Masters, Johnnie Walker Championship, The Solheim Cup, The Senior British Open, The KLM Dutch Open, European Seniors Tour and World Golf Championships - American Express Championship.
