The British star gazer, himself an Aquarian, has produced a paid-for app in conjunction with Yuza Mobile that is targeted at female iPhone users.
Grant claims this audience is currently under served and is hoping that female iPhone owners will part with 59p a month for the subscription based app - which launches in early October.
A free version of the app - which includes advertising will also be made available, offering a daily horoscope reading, a palm reader function and an Astro Dice reading.
Kevin J Parker, sales director of Russell Grant Astrology, said: "It was a natural progression to partner with Yuza Mobile in terms of building an advanced app that fully utilises the iPhone functionality in terms of animation, accelerometer, sound and graphics.
He added: "It was apparent that female iPhone users were not being given quality apps in terms of choice or branding."
Grant already runs a website and recently launched the Russell Grant Astrology Game for the Nintendo DS. Grant also operates a premium-rate phone line in addition to SMS forecasts.
