The agency will now work on the creation of a new employer brand campaign, which will be rolled out worldwide, as well as setting up Beiersdorf Online Relations, a project that will include refreshing the corporate websites.
The aim of the online relations project is to help Beiersdorf, which owns brands such as Nivea, Eucerin and La Prairie, to raise awareness of its corporate brand.
Andrew Pinkess, strategy director at Rufus Leonard, said: "This is a great win for us. Beiersdorf is a major international business, but does not perhaps have the profile and reputation it deserves.
"It already has a great portfolio of globally leading brands, but we are really looking forward to telling the company’s story in a credible and compelling way."
