Sunday's event will be the biggest of the series, which started in Ealing in July and finishes on 12 September in Bimingham.
Cyclists will follow a circular route around the capital that will take in the Tower of London; Buckingham Palace; St Pauls Cathedral; Parliament Square; Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
The idea of the event is to encourage occasional and lapsed cyclists of all ages and abilities to get back on their bikes, and this Sunday London Mayor Boris Johnson will be joining in with the cyclists.
