
Etv Online will produce internet TV content and offer digital marketing, search engine optimisation and marketing to online communities.
The firm counts Thomas Cook, ITV and the COI as clients and has set up the new division to offer a combination of TV and online services.
Andy Rogers, previously UK managing director of digital agency Lightmaker, has joined Etv Online as managing director. Rogers will join Etv on 21 July and report to Mark Cullen, the group's chief executive.
Rogers spent five years at Lightmaker, working on clients including Adobe, Sony and Manchester United.
