The band will be supported by Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe, as well as other special guests including an unsigned act. It is the band’s only confirmed English performance for the rest of the year.
Only 2,600 tickets will be on offer, with the first batch available today (10 September) exclusively through the Relentless mobile app.
Biffy Clyro said: "We are excited to be playing Relentless Live, especially as all ticket money goes to supporting the Relentless emerging talent initiative that aims to help artists breakthrough."
The gig forms part of the Relentless Live series. Other acts previously involved in the exclusive run of performances include Professor Green, Pure Love and Clean Bandit.
