Davie and former i-level financial director Andrew Martin have partnered to create Reform Digital, which will work with brands and agencies to simplify buying processes, which the pair believe are stuck in the past.

"Media agencies still write media plans in Excel," said Davie. Clients need to know that agencies are being efficient and rigiorous when planning and buying."

Davie, who spent five years at i-level in a 15-year career in digital, will look after the strategic and marketing side of the business while Martin will advise companies on accounts and compliance with various standards.

Reform will offer services including search marketing, affiliate marketing, social media services, online PR and mobile advertising, as well as staff training.

"Digital is about change, flexibility and testing and the important thing is not to be afraid of that change," said Davie.

The agency is also working with a few companies "who are just discovering what the web can do for them," she said.

Reform will also look to open an office in New York next year.
