Redwood promotes Toward to board account director

LONDON - Customer publishing company Redwood has promoted Jamie Toward from group account director to the newly created position of board account director, where he will lead the company's digital development.

Toward, who will report directly to chief executive Keith Grainger, will be responsible for leading digital content activity across a host of Redwood's accounts including Virgin Media, NSPCC and Co-operative Financial Services.

He joined Redwood in October 2006 as group account director, and prior to this was responsible for commercial development at City & Guilds e-learning programme.

He is also a former client services director at data marketing agency C360, and interactive media director at Matching Hat.

During his time at Redwood, he has been credited with undertaking the re-pitch and retention of Royal Mail's customer publishing account.

Grainger said: "Jamie's extensive digital experience makes him a natural choice to lead Redwood's increasing digital activity, reflecting our new inspiring content position."
