Redwood has restructured its magazine portfolio into three divisions - retail, automotive and business-to-business -- each headed by a board account director.
Hill, who was the publisher of BBC Good Food and Olive, takes responsibility for customer magazines for Marks & Spencer and Boots, as well as the forthcoming Age Concern launch Heyday.
Mark Harrop has been promoted to the board to oversee the automotive division. He managed the increase in distribution of Volvo's customer magazine Live, aided the growth of Land Rover magazine and oversaw the launch of Your Family, the NSPCC's consumer title.
Philip Cranwell continues to head up the business-to-business division, focusing predominantly on titles such as BT and Royal Mail. He has successfully overseen the Nectar, Early Learning Centre, Safeway and Reuters accounts over the last four years.

Redwood produces 20 magazines in 55 countries, including the customer magazines for Boots, Marks & Spencer and Early Learning Centre, and the business-to-business titles for the Welsh Development Agency, the Labour Party, Royal Mail and BT.
