Redwood relaunches Volvo customer magazine as Liv

LONDON – Redwood has renamed Volvo Magazine, one of the most widely distributed customer titles, as Liv as part of a redesign for the spring issue.

Redwood holds the international licence to publish Liv, which means "life" in Swedish, in more than 75 countries and translates it into 25 languages. More than 1m Volvo owners receive it three times a year.

The aim of the redesign is to reflect the carmaker's "people first" philosophy and make it stand out more from other customer titles. Redwood also publishes Land Rover's Onelife customer magazine.

The magazine will focus on environment and product quality, and safety, as well as people and driving experience features.

Bill Dunn, Liv editor, said: "Volvo Magazine has always been one of the most outstanding car customer titles. With Liv, we have taken Volvo Magazine's great coverage of safety, environment and quality, and added more people, more faces, more driving excitement and a more imaginative treatment of Volvo's new generation of cars."
