Redwood appointment puts focus on strategy

LONDON - Customer publisher Redwood has appointed Jack Rosevear from media planning and buying agency Starcom as new business planning director.

Rosevear has been tasked with providing strategic thinking on Redwood's new-business pitch efforts, and will report to strategic planning director Steve Martucci.

Redwood will be making more planning and strategy appointments during this year, according to Martucci.

"Redwood has always been known as the pre-eminent customer magazine agency when it comes to our insights and strategies for client brands. Jack's appointment further strengthens Redwood's reputations in this area as he brings a wealth of media experience."

At Starcom, Rosevear was a group account director working on Aviva, Cadillac and Pizza Hut. Before Starcom he was associate planning director at US creative agency Mad Dogs and Englishmen New York.
