Red Bull promotes online music venues

LONDON - Red Bull has launched its third online music talent competition, to help budding teen artists fulfil their ambitions.

The teenage talent competition gives musicians their own online venue to showcase their talent and help from Red Bull promoters to raise their profile through Red Bull marketing activity including gig posters.

During the promotion, a band will be chosen every two weeks by a panel of judges to perform a live jam from their bedroom streamed across the net.

In December, voting will open to choose a winner, who will win a day in a studio plus their single professionally pressed onto a CD.

Digital agency Holler has created a ‘self-sustained' community to support the contest, through the website redbullbedroomjam.com and a related MySpace page.
