The additions to the Gone Away Suppression File product suite will enable marketers to trace those customers that have moved, as well as initiate communications with the new occupier.
In addition companies can revive old data files using its Gas Archive by removing gone-away records dating as far back as 1992 and then find the most recent address through Gas Reactive.
The databases have been designed to run in conjunction with REaD Group's Gone Away Suppression File to improve client's customer relationship management programmes.
The combination of these three products provide clients with a complete gone away notification and tracking suppression solution enabling companies to bring customer retention to previously unseen levels.
Mark Roy, chief executive of The REaD Group, said: "The suppression market is changing, the onus for brands is now on customer retention. According to Media Maestro the cost of acquiring a new customer is five times that of retaining an old one and organisations are now realising this."
