REaD Group provides daily Bereavement Register updates

LONDON - The REaD Group, owner of the Bereavement Register, has launched the first daily deceased suppression file.

The register had previously been updated on a monthly basis but The Bereavement Register Daily (TBRD) provides daily updates of deceased data to users for a one-off fee.

Mark Roy, chief executive of the REaD Group, said: "It was obvious from the volume of electronic registrations and an increasing number of clients wanting a more immediate bereavement suppression solution that a daily service would be welcomed.

"I think TRBD will prove extremely popular with smaller mailers given its ease of access, cost efficiency and immediacy."

The Bereavement Register was set up in 2000 with the aim of reducing the amount of mail sent to the deceased and their families.
