InboxDMG, GraphicoDMG and HyperlaunchDMG have been rebranded today (14 April) as 20:20, bringing together 300 digital experts with three specialist divisions.
The rebrand follows DMG's acquisition of digital creative agency 20:20 London last year, in a deal with a three-year earn-out worth up to £2m.
20:20 London founder Peter Riley has become chief creative officer of the new agency and will report to Ramsey, who will take on the role of managing director.
As part of the new structure, Ramsey will report to chief executive of DMG, Ben Langdon.
In addition, the new agency will include a media and analytics division, which will be run by chief executive Gareth Phillips. He joins the agency from Syzygy, where he was managing director.
Other divisions include Digital Brain, the search operation, as well as an e-commerce and IT specialist department, 20:20 Technology.
While the individual agency names will no longer exist, the teams will remain in their separate regional offices.
The agency's Swindon office – formerly InboxDMG – will be overseen by Laith Clark, who has been promoted from client services director to general manager. 20:20's Newbury office – formerly GraphicoDMG – will be overseen by Brian Taylor. The agency's managing director Alex Weller left last year.
Langdon said: "The recent acquisition of 20:20 London presented us with the opportunity to reorganise and rebrand our other digitally focused agencies under a unified banner.
"Now, under the direction of the talented management team we have in place we've been able to create a dynamic brand within which sits a single, coherent business; a proposition which is already proving hugely attractive to existing and prospective clients."
Current clients 20:20 include AA, Blackberry, COI and Diageo.
