GaydarNation, which goes live on 27 April, incorporates GaydarGirls, Gaydar.co.uk and GaydarRadio with Rainbow Network into a free interactive portal.
Trevor Martin, sales and marketing director of QSoft Consulting, said: "GaydarNation gives advertisers the chance to access and speak directly to the gay and lesbian community within their own social space."
GaydarNation will offer advertisers a cross-media sell combining banners and MPU advertising, advertorials, podcasts and promotions with integrated radio airtime and sponsorship campaigns.
The move is partly in response to QSoft's Outright research that showed 50% of the UK gay and lesbian population believe brands should tailor advertising to the gay marketplace.
In the fourth quarter of 2007, the site will introduce classified advertising via the roll-out of GaydarDirect - a niche listings service for goods and service suppliers.
New features for users will include My GaydarNation, a MySpace-style personal profile page and Queersay, a section for user-generated news bulletins.
There will also be message boards, blogs and a gossip section, as well as polls and surveys.
It will be edited by Stephen Beeny, currently editor of Rainbow Network, heading a 10-strong team of contributors and journalists.
