
Strategic planner Sarah Mason joins from Targetbase Claydon Heeley to work initially on the Renault account, working with Publicis Groupe sister agencies Publicis and Publicis Modem. Mason will later focus on the Visa Europe account, which Publicis Dialog won earlier this year.
Andrew Smith, planning director at Publicis Dialog, said Mason had "an impressive understanding and experience of integrated media".
At Targetbase Mason worked on data and digital planning for clients including EggCard, Mercedes, The Post Office and National Express. Before that she worked on the Vodafone account at Wunderman.
Nick Riggall has been appointed project lead on the global RBS customer relationship management programme, which Publicis Dialog won this year and is set to launch in the New Year.
In his previous position at WPP agency Banner, Riggall managed technical integration projects for clients including Symantec and Ernst & Young. Prior to that, Riggall helped re-launch AirMiles at Partners Andrews Aldridge.
On the data planning side, database developer Dharmesh Pancholi joins Publicis Dialog from Pelagon to lead database design on the agency's RBS and LG CRM programmes. At Pelagon he was responsible for design and support of the technical architecture for the firm's workflow management service.
Finally, Katie Craig joins from Cambridge University as a graduate trainee planner after gaining a BA (Hons) History degree. Craig, who was selected after attending the Publicis Ad Academy recruitment week, will act in a support function before being dedicated to specific client accounts Zurich and Visa.
