Prospect launches digital version through Exact Editions

LONDON - Current affairs magazine Prospect has unveiled a digital edition through Exact Editions.

A trial issue of the current affairs magazine is available to read on , and those who subscribe will be able to read back copies from January 2005 onwards.

It will be available on the same day the magazine is published in print and is an exact replica of the offline version.

John Kelly, publisher and chief executive of Prospect, said: "We are delighted to be working with Exact Editions for the digital delivery of our magazine. Its web platform allows Prospect to be accessed by simply clicking a web link.

"The fast and accurate search functionality means that our subscribers always have immediate access to the rich and varied content we provide each issue.The many active email and URL links also allow for a quick response to all advertisements, so satisfying our commercial partners."

Exact Editions is a web-based distribution and marketing that replicate exact copies of printed magazines online.

Prospect was launched in October 1995 with an aim to create a monthly that was "more readable than the Economist, more relevant than the Spectator, more romantic than the New Statesman".
