Promotions all round as Millward Brown change team at research agency

LONDON - Millward Brown, the WPP-owned research agency, has appointed Andy Truslove as managing director of the new management team at its UK qualitative agency, Sadek Wynberg Millward Brown.

Co-founder Rebecca Wynberg assumes the role of chairman, while Nadim Sadek is to leave the company to take up a general management position as worldwide commercial and strategy director at WPP sister company Research International.

Karen Elstein, director, will take on responsibility for innovation, while Michael Gillespie, another director, is charged with talent development. Tracy Box-Simmons, formerly practice manager, now becomes becomes practice director. Karen Elstein,  

Wynberg said: "For the past six months we have been working to put in place a committed, creative, passionate team of professionals to lead Sadek Wynberg Millward Brown. The talent we have in Andy, Karen, Michael and Tracy is outstanding.

"Their promotions reflect the huge contribution they have made in growing the business as well as the leadership skills they have demonstrated in recent years."

Sadek Wynberg was acquired by Millward Brown in 2003. At the time it was the UK's largest independent qualitative research agency. The agency has a staff of 40 located across the UK.
