The Liverpool office employed 15 staff and previously mainly handled Titan's billboard estate. Primesight will open an office in Manchester, expected to ultimately employ 15 staff. Of the affected staff in Liverpool, 10 are moving to the Manchester office, two have moved to Primesight's London team and the rest have left the company. Primesight is also considering opening an office in Birmingham.
Primesight's London team will operate with five sales and marketing group heads, who will work across the entire Primesight portfolio for the first time.
Former Mindshare business director Kim Wilson has recently joined Primesight as marketing manager. At Mindshare, she looked after the Unilever account.
The four senior sales positions include Louise Pither, Stephen Rackham and Rob Doel, who will each take the role of strategy group heads, and Matt Stubbings, who will continue as head of trading.
Wilson and the four sales group heads will report to Primesight director of sales and marketing Nigel Clarkson, who now leads a 60-strong team.
Keith Lammie and Graeme Hughes have been appointed regional directors. Lammie will oversee all sales, operations and development in Scotland, while Hughes will have the same responsibilities in the North of England. Primesight's Glasgow-based sales reps previously covered the Manchester agencies.
Clarkson said: "The restructure will mean Primesight is more efficient in pooling its resources across its newly enlarged product portfolio. Following the buyout of Titan's roadside billboard inventory, we now have the right team in place to drive the business moving forward." P
