The deal adds 7,059 48-sheets and 571 96-sheets to its offering and makes it the second-largest player in the billboard market, after JCDecaux.
Primesight now has 133 permanent staff, up from 80 before the deal. Titan employees to move over include Kieron Murphy, former national sales controller, who will manage the billboard inventory initially.
Other staff transferring include Cy Chambers, who runs operations in Scotland, Roy Oliver, who is in charge of London sales, and development director Graeme Hughes.
Primesight is considering closing Titan's Liverpool office and moving the regional office to Manchester.
