KP Snacks brand Popchips makes its first foray into TV advertising since its 2007 debut.

The ad shows how the friendly gesture of sharing a bag of Popchips is the catalyst for some amazing changes between a frosty boss and her team. It ends with the line: "Start something good". 

The work was created by Nathan Salf and Jake Bean, and directed by Molly Manners through Biscuit Filmworks.
