The All-In Kitchen, taking place between 19 and 21 January, has been dubbed "the world’s first pay-by poker restaurant", allowing diners to see how much they will pay for their meal based on their success at the poker table.
The free experience will be situated in Haggerston in north-east London, and will give attendees the chance to eat a three-course meal from a poker-inspired menu, exclusively curated by Jones & Sons.
The gourmet offering includes a 'royal flush of king crab thermidor'; 'queen scallops accompanied by salt-baked swede and bacon marmalade'; and 'four of a kind of lamb chops, rump, kidney and shoulder with a rosemary jus'.
Diners will play three hands of the card game, and their remaining chip count at the end of the poker match will determine whether they pay £10, £5 or get their £50 meal completely free of charge.
The 2015 UK and Ireland Poker Tour takes place in London on 20-25 January.
