Guests can attend the pop-up across the Tall Ships Festival, which runs from 12-16 April. Plymouth Gin's UK ambassador and Rivington Greenwich's bar manager will join forces to host a series of 'Gin Commissioning' masterclasses throughout the five-day event.
The pop-up will take place on Rivington Greenwich’s summer terrace, and guests are invited to relax and enjoy the specially created cocktails that have been inspired by the rich maritime heritage of the Navy Strength Gin and Royal Navy tradition.
Customers can test Plymouth Gin-based cocktails including Five Knots, which adds jasmin and grapefruit sherbet, lime juice, soda and jasmin essence spirits; Cinnamon Smoke, which mixes in Campari, antica formula and Kamm and Sons Islay; The Pennant, which uses both Plymouth Gin and Plymouth Sloe Gin with antica formula, lemon juice, Merlet apricot brandy and orange juice; and The Gimlet, which combines the gun with lime cordial.
Tamara Knights, brand manager at Plymouth Gin, said: "Partnering with Rivington during the Tall Ships festival is a great opportunity to celebrate Plymouth Gin's naval heritage in a contemporary way through cocktails."
