The event takes place from 20 to 24 May and GSK-owned Piriton will occupy a number of locations both in and outside the flower show to highlight a range of possible allergies.
The campaign, by Grey London and Look Media, retains themes from last year's TV and print ads, and features the strapline, ‘Millions of allergens. Only one Piriton'.
Orange arrows will point to potential allergens as varied as leather, squirrel fur, latex and instant coffee.
While activity centres around the Chelsea Flower Show, Piriton is extending the campaign to nearby Kings Road high street and Victoria train station.
The brand will also sponsor the GMTV Allergy Week on ITV.
