The consumer fashion festival took place following the British Fashion Council’s on 26 February-1 March. Spend at the four-day event, which was based at London's Somerset House, was up 37% from 2014.
Vodafone branded the weekend as Britain’s biggest consumer fashion showcase. It featured designer shopping opportunities, catwalk shows, pop-up shops, hair and beauty experiences and educational panels from leading industry experts.
Julie Deane, founder of the Cambridge Satchel Company; Philipp Haug, international artistic director at Toni & Guy; Canon photographer John Williams; and Maybelline New York make-up artist Nancy Summer featured in the line-up of guest panellists. In addition, sponsors including Lavazza, Triumph and Sunglass Hut all produced activations as part of the event, while title sponsor Vodafone provided charging facilities and hosted The Events Lounge.
Vodafone London Fashion Weekend will return to the capital in September.
