The luxury three-storey hospitality venue next to the smokehouse in Stratford houses 30 private suites and features a separate pop-up beach bar with palm trees, a beach volleyball court and a nightclub run by Mayfair nightspot Maddox Club.
Each suite comes with its own five-metre balcony overlooking the Olympic Park and is catered for by The Admirable Crichton.
Access to the Maddox beach bar is free to those with suites or £25 per person otherwise.
Lance Forman, managing director of Forman’s Fish Island, told Event the response from visitors has been "fantastic". "Simon Cowell’s right hand woman loved it so much she said she was going to rename it St Trop E3," he said.
In February, Forman's was to build a venue designed as a giant living room because it contravened the International Olympic Committee (IOC)'s branding restrictions. Plans included a sofa the height of a four-story building as well as a 30m by 17m TV screen.
