The event, held at the Proud Gallery in Camden, showcased artwork produced for Coldplay’s latest album Mylo Xyloto and encouraged bids in aid of local charity Kids Company.
Guests including Chris Martin and other members of the band enjoyed a selection of canapés plus some bespoke vegan creations served by a team from Esprit Staffing.
The bite-sized portions included sashimi of tuna on spiced rice cracker with wasabi mayonnaise, pickled ginger and shiso cress; tiger prawns marinated in lemon and parsley with a chorizo aioli; and home smoked mackerel in a beetroot cone, horseradish and apple salad and daikon shoots.
The exhibition is showing for the next two weeks.
