
Appointed by event organiser PWR Events, Blue Strawberry will be providing all of the corporate hospitality at the festival, which will feature artists from Liza Minnelli, Van Morrisson and Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, to Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.
The caterer, which also won the contract for last year's event, has created a bespoke menu for guests, that wil include canapés and a two course dinner.
The canapés will feature dishes such as Cornish crab salad on red pepper toast with roast tomato mayonnaise and avocado and creamed goat’s cheese served on a china spoon with balsamic jelly. The main meal includes lemon poached salmon served with an asparagus and crayfish salad and Jersey Royals, topped with crème fraîche and keta caviar.
