
The partnership - Somerset House Terrace, presented by Peroni Ambra, marks the launch of Peroni Ambra. Inspired by the classic Italian aperitivo, Peroni Ambra combines Peroni and the sharpness of Italian Chinotto – a rare and authentically Italian citrus fruit, grown and harvested in the region of Liguria, North West Italy.
The terrace will open on 1 April and will take up residency for six months until the end of September. The open-air, riverside space, with sweeping views across London, will be transformed into an immersive Italian experience. Capturing the essence of Italy, guests will be transported to the rural Chinotto orchard of North West Italy. They will be invited to discover the authentic tastes and rare ingredients of Italy through a series of experiences, whilst savouring exclusive Peroni Ambra infused cocktails created by master of mixology Simone Caporale.
To celebrate the versatility of the Chinotto fruit, as well as the Italian tradition of the aperitivo occasion, master of taste, Francesco Mazzei, will also be curating a bespoke cicchetti menu.
Somerset House Terrace, presented by Peroni Ambra will be the first place where people can sample Peroni Ambra. It will also become available in a selection of top end bars in London before it is more widely available nationwide later in the year.
