The Taste of the Sunshine State event aims to transport guests to the sunny climes of the West Coast. Diners will be immersed in a hidden California walnut orchard with trees and flowers, with moss-lined floors filling the rest of the space.
Chefs Evan and Sarah Rich of Michelin-starred Rich Table in San Francisco will prepare a California-inspired feast for just 20 diners, featuring an array of dishes ranging from burrata with tikka masala and walnut crumble to cannelloni with beets and duck jus and walnut cake with brown butter and apples for dessert.
On the night, there will also be a bar serving California-inspired cocktails and guests will also have the opportunity to meet the chefs.
Pamela Graviet, senior marketing director at the California Walnut Commission, said: "London has always offered an eclectic mix of food and restaurants, and people are increasingly focused on wanting to eat well, whilst still enjoying delicious food. We want to show people how fantastic our walnuts from California taste and our supper club with Rich Table provides an ideal opportunity to showcase their versatility in cooking by two incredibly talented chefs."
The supper club is taking place on 2 December at Perseverance Works in Shoreditch.
