
Under the terms of the deal, Perform’s media sales team will be responsible for selling ads across premierleague.com, which a spokesman for the Premier League said attracted five million global visitors and served 158 million page impressions in April.
Perform will sell ads on Premierleague.com alongside its existing online sports properties, such as the websites for Everton and Portsmouth football clubs.

The Premierleague.com deal comes after Perform’s head of entertainment Dominic Dunne took up the new position of head of agency sales, in addition to his current duties, in order to strengthen Perform’s agency sales function.
A Sky spokesman said: "We have worked successfully on behalf of third parties sites for a number of years. However, since Sky’s own online properties deliver a disproportionate amount of traffic and revenue, we have made the strategic decision to focus our efforts on our wholly owned sites.
"We have therefore ended our relationships with third parties in sports, news and entertainment."
