Paramount to flag rebrand

Paramount Comedy has launched its biggest marketing campaign to date to mark its rebrand to Comedy Central.

The Comedy Central brand goes live this week and will be supported by a campaign spanning TV, press, outdoor and internet. Posters will feature comedian Sarah Silverman clutching London's iconic Gherkin building, and South Park character Kenny causing havoc around Centre Point.

TV ads will be shown on digital channels, including E4; print ads will aim to drive traffic to the channel's website. The campaign was developed by ad agency Karmarama with media planning and buying handled by Equinox.
