Claudia Sestini, head of brand marketing and online, Comedy Central

After spending eight years in publishing, Chris Hancox, vice-president marketing and creative services, gave me my break in the broadcast industry at Paramount Comedy, which we have just rebranded as Comedy Central.

Chris is a brilliant mentor. He is incredibly succinct and has a clarity of vision, drawn from his 15 years in the TV industry.

In the past three years, I have moved from acting head of marketing, with a team of three people, to head of brand marketing and online. I have responsibility for a team of eight which works on through-the-line marketing and running the website.

Chris' mentorship has taught me how to coach my team and see their potential, as well as to ask the right questions at the right time. I've also learnt to take myself less seriously.
