The film, called 'The Commuter', will be shot on the N8 handset. There will also be an opportunity for another winner to appear, in a lift, with Ed Westwick of 'Gossip Girl'.
The cameo winners will be invited to a premiére of the film in London in October
Nokia is also creating a viral video for Facebook that shows Pamela Anderson rolling over in bed to check her N8, on which the user’s face is displayed.
John Nichols, head of marketing at Nokia UK, said it wanted to create a film to showcase the "Hollywood quality" of the camera.
The Nokia N8 allows users to film HD-quality films and edit them with its editing-suite. It features a 12-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and Xenon flash.
