Perkins has more than 28 years expertise in the provision of temporary overlay for events, having previously held director positions at De Boer, Arena Group.
He will project manage key accounts for Owen Brown and will be responsible for expanding its portfolio of services including multi-deck structures, giant span structures and tiered temporary and stadium seating.
