The deal will see Orange World hosting free and premium-rate content and services, including goal alerts and club news, while the Orange World Wap portal will contain a feed of news headlines similar to the information held on the official .
Fans will be able to access match highlights and news bulletins by video for all major matches and interviews with managers by visiting Orange World.
There are also plans to include an information service for fans including ticket information and how to avoid traffic problems on match days.
Chris Harvey, associate producer at Orange responsible for sports products and services on Orange World, said: "This deal is designed to create a portfolio of multimedia services to showcase on Orange World, and a ream of services to Chelsea fans alongside the material offered on the website.
"The reason we are working with football clubs is to further the current web model where football fans register access to the website and provide this information whenever and wherever they are."
Harvey said that Orange was in talks with a number of other football clubs and negotiating further deals.
