Old Speckled Hen in TV debut

LONDON - Greene King's Old Speckled Hen brand will make its TV debut through a sponsorship deal for Dave's Prime Time evening weekday slot.

The campaign for Old Speckled Hen will feature an inquisitive fox searching for the elusive ‘Hen'.

Fiona Hope, marketing director at Greene King Brewing Company, said: ‘The fit between Dave and Old Speckled Hen is absolutely spot on. Both offer something a little different, witty, and quintessentially British.'

 They will be shown 20 times every weekday evening and the campaign will be supported by below-the-line activity in the on and off trade as part of a £3.6m support package for the brand this year.

The deal will start in mid-May.
