The event, which has been created by the Damilola Taylor Trust as a legacy project for young Londoners lost to youth violence, is now in its fourth year.
The awards are designed to celebrate and shine the spotlight on young people who are making a positive difference to their communities.
The line up for the event includes Maverick Sabre, Ms Dynamite, Diversity, Alexa Goddard, The ACM Choir, Rita Ora, and The Brit School Graduation class 2012.
Rebecca Kane, general manager for The O2 said: "It is wonderful that the Spirit of London Awards has come to our venue. The awards represent all that is great about London, so having them under one roof means a lot to all of us connected with the venue."
The awards categories include everything from The UK Young 北京赛车pk10er of the Year, Young London Hero and London Legend.
