From this evening (7 Dec) to 5 January, Lily Savage will lead an all-star cast in a production of Aladdin ‘A Wish Come True’ by Michael Rose.

She will play the character of Widow Twankey, with former S Club 7 member Jon Lee taking the role of Aladdin.

The 1,900-seater theatre, adjacent to the bars and restaurants of Entertainment Avenue, has been created to further diversify the attractions available at the venue.

Rebecca Kane, general manager at The O2, said: "We are always thinking of new ways to add to and diversify the live entertainment available at The O2, appealing to the broadest ages and interests possible. It is exciting to have a specially built, live theatre on site for Christmas 2012 and I can’t think of a better way to introduce it than with this classic British pantomime."
