
Sayer was previously operations director at Manchester City Football Club, where he oversaw the transformation of the club’s match-day operations over the last 17 years, positioning the Etihad Stadium as a leading sporting venue for partner integration, hospitality, public catering, family provision and fan engagement.
Sayer said: "The O2 is without a doubt one of the greatest live music and entertainment venues in the world, so it’s extremely exciting to have the opportunity to lead the strategic development of its commercial operations.
