Known as Project Operations, the portal is an online working resource combining a searchable directory of relevant personnel, locations, experience and methodologies.
This can be used to draw up a suitable roster to allocate fieldwork shifts. Interviewers can also use it to download necessary briefs or guidelines and complete daily updates online.
The site can also compile performance ratings on interviewers on a shift-by-shift basis. These can be linked to bonuses or other incentives to improve the performance of interviewers. It will also include chat forums and training materials.
Yvette Leonard, director of operations at Nunwood, said: "The introduction of this new service demonstrates our commitment to developing closer working relationships between clients, supervisors and fieldworkers. In so doing, we can improve working efficacies, obtain higher quality field data, and ultimately derive better insight for our clients."
