Gill Redfern joins the agency's Global Insight division as account director, a position that spans a number of different vertical sectors and involves working with leading brands such as Tesco, Nestle and Masterfoods. Redfern was previously associate director at Directions Research & Marketing.
She will be tasked with working on brand strategy, new-product development, advertising and retail research.
In addition, Kathryn Boxall, former GfK NOP executive, joins as an account director. She spent seven years at GfK NOP, where she was a senior client consultant, specialising in international telecoms and technology research.
Her particular areas of expertise are customer satisfaction insight and new product development.
Ann Thompson joins with more than 23 years of industry experience from a career that has included spells with Nestle and Advertising Principles, and more recently GratterPalm, where she was planning director.
Thompson has extensive experience in the food and retail sectors, in particular with primary consumer research. During her time at Nestle, she was responsible for its research approach in the Middle East and Asia.
As account directors at Nunwood, the trio will be responsible for overseeing a number of high-profile clients, ensuring that they continue to receive the highest level of quality and creativity expected from Nunwood.
