The 50m-tall digital notice board has been suspended from a crane located next to Tower Bridge and will remain there until Friday (6 November).

Members of the public are being encouraged to text or send in their favourite places via Nokia's website to be displayed on the sign, which is programmed to turn and show the distance those ‘Good Things' submitted.

So far, entries have included Blackpool Seafront, Doyles Seafood Restaurant and Aylesbury High Street.

As part of the campaign Nokia is also offering participants the chance to win their town an exclusive gig with X factor winner Alexandra Burke.
