This year's Next Big Thing offers another chance for event industry talents to showcase their skills and get their first taste of the limelight, as well as the potential of a lucrative corporate contract with entertainment agency Sternberg Clarke.
There are plans to hold at least three heats with a judge's choice and an audience choice going through to the semi-finals at Event UK (21-22 September at the NEC). A choice made by Event magazine readers and a Confex Group/judges choice will be made from a selection of online videos.
Two of the heats will take place at ISES' AGM at Church House Conference Centre on 15 July and Eventia's Summer Party, which takes place at The Science Museum on 18 August.
